By downloading, installing, or using the Gecer application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Gecer is a mobile application designed to help users prepare for the German B1 exam (Goethe-Zertifikat B1 and TELC Deutsch B1). The App provides vocabulary training, grammar exercises, listening comprehension, writing evaluation (AI-powered), and speaking practice. Exam success is not guaranteed.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings on your device (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your paid period.

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, and software, is the property of Gecer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the App.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Gecer does not guarantee exam results or language proficiency outcomes. The App is a supplementary study tool and should not be relied upon as the sole preparation method.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gecer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.
